Trucking industry growth

A  report by the American Transportation Research Institute talks about how to replace the current truck drivers who are retiring. The report suggests that a pool of new drivers can be found by engaging younger, more diverse, and historically underrepresented populations. Specifically,  the report suggests that a new driver pool may be found in tin those aging out of foster care and state prison CDL programs.
