Roundabouts for safety

A town in Indiana replaced nearly all of its intersections with roundabouts. How very European of them…and also, how very safe. Fatal accidents declined by 90%, all other traffic incidents were reduced by 40%. The city also saved $180,000 in long term maintenance for the intersections and 24,000 gallons on fuel. @unbfacts
