Regulating robotaxis in rural areas with wildlife

Montana is working on a regulatory structure for robotaxis. Montana has unique landscape for robotaxis such as snow and ice and moose.Think about how most of the robotaxis we talk about operate in warm, temperate climates.

Montana legislators were advised by the mayor of Mesa, Arizona to not put any restrictions on robotaxis. The mayor suggested that freedom to operate is why the robotaxis came to Mesa.
