Safe leave policy

Tesco, the UK grocery chain, has adopted a safe leave policy. This allows employees to have paid time off when they are experiencing domestic violence. The policy is reported to be in addition to holiday or sick leave, and is up to 21 hours, which is 3 full days. @the_female_lead
