- It’s more than giving money. Lip service isn’t enough. Recognize and be Aware of significant dates like Juneteenth- give your employees the day off, take actions that support employee activism like providing rides to events
- Do the right thing. Be on the right side of history.
Most importantly, when you’re doing the right thing, it has to be authentic and fit your brand. Do good, and do it your way.
