4 Day workweek take away

The UK 4 day workweek has been a success. Happier employees used fewer sick days and companies saw higher revenue. All businesses that participated in the 4 day work week program retained their 4 day work week. 

Let me translate to U.S.A. Speak- the employees were paid the same and had the same responsibilities as they would in a 5 day workweek. The key of the 4 day work week isn’t the 4 days, but that the employees feel empowered. Quelle surprise! Humans don’t want to be treated like cogs.
