World Cup revenue estimates

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is set for North America. As currently scheduled, 11 U.S. cities are set to host games which are estimated to bring in a $17.2 billion GDP boost.

For those unfamiliar with North America this includes Canada, the United States, and Mexico. I heard a football/futból/fotbol announcer exclude Mexico from North America, so way to go geography education. Was I the only kid whose parents quizzed her about world geography at restaurants as a young child?
