Unique digital coin law

Montana passed a new law,  the Financial Freedom and Innovation Act, that allows Montana based companies that issue digital tokens to register as non-securities assets. This makes Montana among the first states to do so.  The State Auditor’s office has authority to regulate the burgeoning industry and prosecute bad actors.
