Small Business incubator & data retention

Oklahoma’s Small Business Incubators Incentives Act has been around since 1988. The goal of the legislation is to diversify the economy by creating an incubator program that includes a 10 year tax incentives for small businesses. Today, it is raising eyebrows over its data policies. This year the  OK Legislature passed SB 573 (2025 | OK) to establish reporting requirements for the incubators.
