No AI for price setting

We’ve talked about legislation that prohibits the use of AI for setting rent prices. But, now in what is arguably an expansion of deceptive trade practices, SB 295 ( 2025 | CA) and SB 384 ( 2025 | CA), would prevent the use of AI for price setting, especially when the data used by AI is no public data.
