Nevada Employee Savings Trust

Nevada launched a retirement plan for Nevadans who do not have retirement saving options through their private employers. 12 other states have similar programs. 

The state will require employers with 6 or more employees, that do not offer a retirement plan for their employees, to enroll their employees in the state Savings Trust. SB 305 (2025 | NV)
