Kalshi banned in Nevada

Last week we learned that predictive market Kalshi faces criminal charges in Arizona. This week, a Nevada judge has temporarily banned its operations while a suit against the company by the Gaming Control Board continues. The judge determined that Kalshi is not licensed under the Nevada Gaming Control Act & is operating a percentage game.
