Expansion of federal tax credit

Congress is expanding the federal low income housing tax credit. The tax credit was in the big beautiful bill to the tune of financing 1 million units of low income housing. We have increased tax credit funding and in a bill called the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act, Congress made it easier to finance the construction.
