Cannabis taxes

Minnesota passed a budget that will increase the state’s 10% cannabis gross receipts tax to 15% and repeal local government cannabis aid. This change is expected to raise $76.5 million over its budget biennium.

California governor has AB564 on his desk that will halt a cannabis tax increase of 25%.
