Memphis, Tennessee via its Chamber of Commerce has been sending mailers supporting an xAI data center. The mailer, a first of its kind to be sent by the Chamber, included statements such as “in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and oversight”; “will continue to prioritize compliance with existing standards and policies”; and included 9 logos for oversight agencies that monitor the data center. Tennessee Lookout
