National AI framework

Following up the late 2025 AI Executive Order, the White House has released a national AI framework. The highlights are: preempting state laws, empowering parents(sound familiar Texans???), protecting rate payers from electric rate increases, requiring data centers to bring their own power, permit AI to fair use of copyrights, and remove barriers to innovation.
